Ingredients
- Shimeji mushrooms 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Watercress 5 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly chop the walnuts and toast them in a well-heated skillet until golden brown. Transfer to a plate. Let cool.
Step 2
In the skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms for about 8 minutes until soft. Let cool.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, walnuts, watercress, and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
