Ingredients
- Imitation Crab 10 oz
- Napa Cabbage 1 head
- Natural Yogurt 1 jar
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Dill 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing for the salad. First, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the Greek yogurt.
Step 2
Then add ground black pepper.
Step 3
Squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil or any vegetable oil.
Step 5
Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Mix well.
Step 6
Finely chop the green parts of the Napa cabbage leaves.
Step 7
Cut the cucumbers into medium-sized cubes.

Also cut the imitation crab into cubes.

Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Step 10
Finely chop the dill.
Step 11
Combine the imitation crab, eggs, vegetables, and herbs in a salad bowl.

Dress with the prepared sauce and mix well.
