Ingredients
- Arugula 2 bunches
- Endive 2 pieces
- Radicchio Salad 2 bunches
- Chives 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Radicchio Salad 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse all the salad greens under cold water and dry them well. Tear into small pieces by hand and place in a large bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
Step 3
Before serving, season the salad with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the dressing and toss.
