Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Canned Truffles 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the lettuce leaves and leave them in a colander to drain.
Step 2
Cut the washed bell pepper into strips. Slice the red onion into half-rings. Cut the mushrooms in half. Tear or chop the lettuce leaves roughly.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together, dressing with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
