Light Salad with Honey-Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
- Conference Pear 1 piece
- Dorbly Cheese 5 oz
- Mixed salad greens 1 piece
- Pine nuts to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Linden Honey 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the pear, cut it into cubes, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (to prevent browning).
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 3
Wash and dry the mixed salad greens. Any variety you like will work. You can also add napa cabbage.
Step 4
Toss the salad and add ground pepper.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1-2 teaspoons of honey, and salt to taste. Taste and adjust the dressing to your preferred flavor (more sour or sweeter).
Step 6
Dress the salad with the prepared dressing and sprinkle with pine nuts.
