- Merlot Grapes 5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Peeled chestnuts 5 oz
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line the bottom of a salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
Step 2
Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds, cut the cheese into 1–1.5 cm cubes, and chop the walnuts coarsely.
Step 3
Place the mixture of grapes, nuts, and cheese on the lettuce in the salad bowl.
Step 4
Drizzle everything with wine vinegar and let it sit for 30 minutes.
