Light Salad with Celery and Blue Cheese

Description
You can prepare the dressing in any proportions. Truffle oil can be replaced with olive oil.
Ingredients
- Baku Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Honey 0 fl oz
- Truffle Oil 4 tablespoons
- Iceberg Lettuce 10 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers, slice them into small pieces, and place them in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Cut the celery stalks into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
Step 3
Add the lettuce (I use 'Healthy Heart Salad') and mix everything together.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into random pieces.
Step 5
Crush the walnuts (I place them in one tablespoon and press down with another).
Step 6
Mix everything together and start preparing the dressing. Since the cheese is salty, I use just a little salt for appearance. In a bowl, mix the truffle oil, salt, ground black pepper, honey, and a little boiled water to help dissolve the honey.
Step 7
Drizzle the dressing over the green salad and mix.
