- Tomatoes 4 pieces

- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Sourdough Bread 4 slices
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a grill pan or toaster.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes, place them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Toast 4 slices of bread in the heated pan until they have characteristic grill marks on each side. When the bread is golden brown, rub it with garlic.
Step 4
Place the salad on the bread and sprinkle with any herbs of your choice.
