- Papaya flesh 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Jicama 5 oz
- Roasted Peanuts 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry gin 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the papaya and avocado, removing the skin and seeds. Cut them into small cubes. Also peel the jicama and cut it into cubes to make 75 grams.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the papaya, avocado, jicama, slightly crushed walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette (see note).
