- Cauliflower 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower, reduce to medium heat, and cook for 15 minutes until almost tender.
Step 2
Drain and transfer to a bowl, breaking into florets.
Step 3
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the dressing.
