- Arugula 5 oz
- Quail Egg 8 pieces
- Marinated cherries 9 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs. Then, pour cold water over them for about 30 seconds. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half as well.
Step 3
Place the arugula and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Mix the salad dressing: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
Step 5
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and arugula.
Step 6
Add the quail eggs.
