- Sugar 1½ teaspoons
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt ¾ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Eel 2 pieces
- Watercress to taste
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Slowly whisk in the oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce leaves, watercress, and half of the pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with the dressing and toss. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the almond flakes and remaining pomegranate seeds.
