Ingredients

  • Strawberry 15 oz
  • Eel 1 piece
  • Radicchio Salad 1 bunch
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Champagne Vinegar 3 spoons
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Mustard Greens 2 spoons
  • Paprika ¼ spoons
  • Tarragon 0 oz
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Combine the vinegar, sugar, tarragon leaves, mustard, and paprika in a small bowl. Add the olive oil and whisk the sauce gently, being careful not to overdo it.

Step 2

Season the sauce with salt and pepper and whisk again. Once again, don't overdo it.

Step 3

Tear the radicchio and lettuce leaves into pieces, wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Thinly slice the onion into half-moons.

Step 4

In a large bowl, combine the radicchio, lettuce, strawberries, and onion with the dressing. It's best to use clean, washed hands to ensure the dressing thoroughly coats the salad leaves, strawberries, and onion.
