Ingredients
- Olive Oil ¼ cup
- Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Canned lentils 5 oz
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Chopped Parsley 0 oz
- Dried tomatoes 0 oz
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice ¼ cup
- Minced garlic 1 clove
- Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the oil and cumin in a skillet. Sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Allow to cool completely.
Step 3
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add the cumin and oil mixture, and stir well.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
