- Lentils 1½ cups
- Onion 2 heads
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste

Step 1
Boil the lentils.
Step 2
Chop the carrots and onion, sauté in a small amount of oil until cooked. Let cool.
Step 3
Chop the celery.
Step 4
Mix the cooled lentils and vegetables. Season with pepper and dress with mayonnaise.
