  • Eggplants 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Skewer the eggplant, bell pepper, and tomatoes, and grill them over hot coals (without flames).

Step 2

Peel the cooked vegetables, season with salt, and place them in a salad bowl.
