Layered Vegetable Salad with Salmon and Avocado
Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots and eggs until cooked.
Step 2
Grate the cucumbers and mix with the cream cheese. Divide the mixture into 2 parts.
Step 3
Grate the carrots and place them on a round plate.
Step 4
Layer part of the cucumbers with cheese on top.
Step 5
Slice the salmon into pieces and place it on the cheese.
Step 6
Finely chop the avocado, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, and spread it over the fish.
Step 7
Chop the eggs finely. Mix with two tablespoons of mayonnaise and spread it over the avocado.
Step 8
Finally, layer the remaining cucumbers with cheese on top.
Step 9
Finely chop the green onions and generously sprinkle them over the salad.
