- Beetroot 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pickles 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beetroot, carrot, and potato in their skins, cool them down, and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Grate the pickles, cheese, and eggs on a coarse grater as well.
Step 3
Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Layer the salad: potato, carrot, pickles, beetroot, cheese, and eggs. Spread each layer with the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished salad with finely chopped green onions and chill.
