Layered squid salad with mushrooms and walnuts
Ingredients
- Squid 3 pieces
- Onion 3 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and boil the squid for 3 minutes in salted water, then cut into strips.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a medium grater.
Step 3
Sauté the onion sliced into half rings in a separate pan, then let it cool.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms, boil them, and let them cool.
Step 5
Chop the walnuts and grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6
Assemble the salad in the following order: squid-carrot-onion-mushrooms-walnuts-cheese. Spread mayonnaise on each layer.
Step 7
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
