
Layered Seafood Salad with Kiwi

Description
For the salad, we will need a small pot and plastic wrap.
Ingredients
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Seafood cocktail 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Kiwi 4 pieces
- Lemon ¼ piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Red Caviar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs and carrot.
Step 2
Lay the plastic wrap in a cross pattern in the pot and start assembling our salad.
Step 3
Layer by layer: 1st layer — peeled shrimp lightly drizzled with lemon juice; 2nd layer — yolks from 3–4 eggs grated on a coarse grater; 3rd layer — mayonnaise (thin layer); 4th layer — seafood mix; 5th layer — kiwi sliced thinly; 6th layer — egg whites from 3–4 eggs grated on a coarse grater; 7th layer — mayonnaise (thicker layer); 8th layer — green onion (I used leek) just a little, you can add a pinch of salt; 9th layer — carrot grated on a coarse grater, drizzle with lemon; 10th layer — mayonnaise.
Step 4
Carefully cover our salad with plastic wrap, pressing lightly, and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 5
Before serving, gently open the wrap, place a plate underneath, and flip the pot over.
Step 6
Remove the wrap and garnish. I decorated it with grated butter and red caviar.
