Layered salad with tuna, rice, and onion
Ingredients
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can
- Rice 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon ½ piece
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, marinate in lemon juice, and mix with the tuna.
Step 2
Cook the rice, add salt, rinse, and cool.
Step 3
Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater, and grate the boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Layer the ingredients: rice, cheese, tuna with onion, cucumber, egg, spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise in between. Garnish with a sprig of herbs.
