Ingredients
- Squid 3 pieces
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Sliced Processed Cheese 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Pickles 1 piece
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the squid. Bring salted water with bay leaf and peppercorns to a boil. Add the cleaned squid bodies, turn off the heat after boiling, and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, set aside a little in a separate bowl, add the grated processed cheese and garlic. Mix well until smooth. Cut the squid into thin strips and combine with the resulting sauce.
Step 3
Chop the champignon and oyster mushrooms and sauté in butter, adding salt and pepper.
Step 4
Boil the eggs and separately grate the egg whites and yolks on a fine grater.
Step 5
Grate the cheese and pickle on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Toast the walnuts and chop them finely.
Step 7
Now assemble in layers, each slightly spread with the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture: squid mixed with sauce; sautéed mushrooms; egg whites; pickles; egg yolks; top with chopped walnuts.
Step 8
Let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
