  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 pieces
  • Parsley 0 oz

  • Potato 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Layer the salad in a plate: 1st layer - sprats (break apart with a fork), lightly spread with mayonnaise; 2nd layer - boiled potato (grate on a coarse grater), spread with mayonnaise; 3rd layer - carrot (grate and also spread with mayonnaise); 4th layer - boiled eggs (grate), spread with mayonnaise; 5th layer - hard cheese (grate), spread with mayonnaise.

Step 2

In the center, make 4 stripes (3 cm wide) to create a tree trunk, then sprinkle with curly parsley (leaves) on top; along the trunk, lay small pieces of olives horizontally; at the bottom, create grass by sprinkling with regular parsley and a bit of green onion. Under each birch trunk, place pickled mushrooms.
