Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken eggs and potatoes.
Step 2
While the eggs and potatoes are boiling, slice the salmon.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Once the eggs and potatoes are cooked, take the form you want to use for the salad and start layering the ingredients in order.
Step 5
Grate the potatoes and eggs on a coarse grater as well.
Step 6
Layer: potatoes-mayonnaise-salmon-eggs-mayonnaise-cheese-salmon-eggs-mayonnaise-potatoes (mayonnaise can be replaced with garlic sauce).
Step 7
Invert the form like a cake.
Step 8
On the inverted salad, place sliced cucumber and decorate with olives and additional pieces of salmon.
Step 9
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step 10
If the salmon is too salty, you can grate some butter on top.
