Layered salad with lightly salted salmon and oranges
Ingredients
- Olives stuffed with lemon 1 can
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Green Peas 1 can
- Oranges 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, peel them, separate the yolks from the whites, and chop them separately.
Step 2
Peel the orange and slice it into thin petals.
Step 3
Slice the salmon fillet into thin pieces.
Step 4
Drain the liquid from the can of green peas.
Step 5
Layer the salad in bowls, spreading mayonnaise between each layer: olives — salmon — yolks — whites — orange — green peas.
Step 6
Invert each bowl (portion) onto a separate plate. Remove the bowl. Garnish as desired.
