  • Canned Truffles 1 can
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Apple 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Walnuts to taste
  • Mayonnaise 20 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the ham into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Wash, peel, and grate the raw carrot on a fine grater. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater (it is better to chill them well in the refrigerator beforehand). Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and slice them. Wash the apples, peel them, grate them on a coarse grater, and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, and mix it with the mayonnaise.

Step 2

Layer the salad on a plate or in a salad bowl, drizzling each layer with garlic mayonnaise: the first layer - ham, the second layer - onion, the third layer - apples, the fourth layer - mushrooms, the fifth layer - processed cheese, the sixth layer - carrot, the seventh layer - eggs.

Step 3

Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the salad.
