Ingredients
- Chickpea 5 oz
- Krakow Sausage 5 oz
- Romaine lettuce 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water for 6–8 hours. Then, cook them over low heat in salted water for one hour.
Step 2
Slice the Krakow sausage into rounds and fry on both sides until lightly browned.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 4
Layer the salad: finely chopped lettuce, cubed potatoes, mayonnaise, finely chopped bell pepper, and chickpeas mixed with sausage. Top with herbs.
Step 5
Let it cool in the refrigerator for half an hour, then it's ready to eat.
