Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast, carrot, eggs, and potatoes separately in salted water.

Step 2

Wash the champignons, slice them, and sauté until golden in olive oil with the grated carrot, adding salt to taste (you can add onion).

Step 3

Cut the potatoes and eggs into cubes. Chop the chicken into small strips.

Step 4

Layer the ingredients in wide glasses: the bottom layer is potatoes (add salt), followed by eggs, mushrooms, carrot, chicken fillet, and mayonnaise. You can top it with pine nuts and a sprig of dill.
