
Layered Salad with Chicken Breast and Tomatoes

Description
Use ripe, meaty tomatoes that taste like tomatoes, not herbs. Olive oil with garlic also works well for the dressing.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Dill to taste
- Honey-Mustard Dressing to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove seeds and excess liquid from the tomatoes. Cut them into cubes. Arrange them on a plate as the first layer.
Step 2
Cut the boiled chicken breast into cubes and lay it evenly over the tomatoes.
Step 3
For the dressing, mix 1 teaspoon each of sour cream, mustard, and homemade mayonnaise, and squeeze in the garlic clove. Spread the mixture over the chicken.
Step 4
Finely chop the herbs and sprinkle them on top.
Step 5
The next layer is grated cheese.
Step 6
Finish the salad with walnuts, generously sprinkling them over the 'cake'.
Step 7
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
