Layered Salad with Canned Mackerel

Description
To give the salad a beautiful appearance, sprinkle caviar over the mayonnaise evenly (I personally buy reconstituted caviar made from seaweed — it's very tasty).
Ingredients
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 2 cans
- Onion 1 piece
- Rice 5 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Kaviar 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and eggs, and sauté the carrots with the onion in sunflower oil.
Step 2
Open the two cans of mackerel and mash it into a homogeneous mass, then place it in a salad bowl or mold — this is the first layer.
Step 3
Add the sautéed mixture on top of the mackerel — this is the second layer.
Step 4
Finely chop the boiled eggs and sprinkle them on top — this is the third layer.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the boiled rice over the mound — this is the fourth layer.
Step 6
Spread mayonnaise on top.
