Layered Salad 'Pineapple'
Ingredients
- Potato 3 pieces
- Chicken Drumstick 1 piece
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower 6 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Green onion tops 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins, cool them down, peel, and then grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Boil the chicken leg, let it cool, separate the meat from the bones, and chop it finely.
Step 4
Grate the cheese.
Step 5
Chop the cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 6
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 7
Arrange the prepared ingredients in layers on an oval dish. Lightly season each layer with salt and pepper, and spread mayonnaise on top. 1st layer – potatoes, 2nd layer – onions, 3rd layer – half of the chicken, 4th layer – pickled cucumbers, 5th layer – the remaining chicken, 6th layer – cheese, which should cover all layers and be shaped like a pineapple, 7th layer – eggs.
Step 8
Spread mayonnaise generously over the top layer of the salad and garnish with halved walnuts and green onion tops.
