Ingredients

  • Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Beetroot 1 piece
  • Pickles 5 pieces
  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise 8 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the carrot and beetroot.

Step 2

Boil the potatoes in their skins, along with the carrot, beetroot, and eggs until cooked.

Step 3

Cool everything down, then peel the potatoes and eggs.

Step 4

Grate the pickles, beetroot, potatoes, carrot, and eggs on a fine grater.

Step 5

Finely chop the onion. Pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes to reduce bitterness, then drain the water.

Step 6

Peel the apple and grate it on a fine grater.

Step 7

In a salad bowl, layer: potatoes (add salt), carrot, onion, pickles, eggs, apples, and beetroot.

Step 8

Spread mayonnaise over each layer. Also spread mayonnaise on the beetroot.

Step 9

Finely chop the parsley.

Step 10

Sprinkle the salad with chopped parsley.

Step 11

Place in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to allow the salad to soak.
