Layered Chicken Salad with Mushrooms and Potatoes
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Morels 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Egg white 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, chicken breast, carrot, and egg. Let cool.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with the onion. Let cool.
Step 3
Layer the salad, spreading mayonnaise on each layer.
Step 4
Grate the potatoes and evenly distribute them on the bottom of the dish.
Step 5
Cut the chicken breast, mix it with the sautéed mushrooms and onion, add salt and pepper to taste. Place as the second layer.
Step 6
Grate the carrot and place it as the next layer, then do the same with the egg white.
Step 7
Grate the yolk, add chopped herbs (parsley, dill).
