Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Morels 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, let cool, and peel.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, cool, and peel.
Step 3
Boil the chicken breast, let cool, and chop finely.
Step 4
Fry the mushrooms with the onion and place them in a colander to drain excess oil.
Step 5
Layer the salad: 1st layer - grated potatoes, spread with mayonnaise; 2nd layer - fried mushrooms with onions, spread with mayonnaise; 3rd layer - chopped chicken breast, spread with mayonnaise; 4th layer - grated eggs, spread with mayonnaise; 5th layer - grated cheese.
Step 6
Place the salad in the refrigerator to soak (preferably overnight).
