Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Potato 4 pieces
- Cucumbers 4 pieces
- Canned Truffles 1 can
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet, potatoes, and eggs. Finely chop the onion and soak it in wine vinegar. Dice the chicken fillet and mushrooms, and grate the cucumbers, potatoes, eggs, and cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Next, layer all the ingredients, spreading mayonnaise on each layer, in the following order: fillet, cucumbers, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, eggs, and cheese. Top with decorations of your choice.
