Layered Chicken Salad with Kiwi, Pineapple, and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms, season with salt, sauté until all the liquid evaporates, and let cool.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet. Then finely chop it and place it in a deep bowl in an even layer.
Step 3
Finely chop the pineapple (if it's in slices, cut them into 2–3 pieces). Drain the juice and place it on the chicken.
Step 4
Next, layer the sautéed mushrooms on top of the pineapple and spread a layer of mayonnaise.
Step 5
The next layer is the remaining pineapple. Sprinkle with finely chopped hard-boiled eggs. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on top.
Step 6
Then add the grated cheese.
Step 7
Finely chop the kiwi and place it on top of the cheese. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour.
