Layered Chicken and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and let it cool.
Step 4
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Gently lower the eggs into the water and cook for 13 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the pineapples into cubes.
Step 6
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 7
Cool the boiled eggs under running water, peel them, and grate them using a fine grater.
Step 8
Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
Step 9
Assemble the salad: place the chicken fillet at the bottom of the plate, spread with sauce, then layer the pineapples, corn, and eggs, also spreading sauce on each layer.
Step 10
At the very end, sprinkle the salad with grated cheese. Serve it at the festive table.
