Ingredients

  • Yellow Beets 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Canned tuna in its own juice 5 oz
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 1 jar
  • Dill to taste
  • Walnuts to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Layer 1: Boil or bake the beet, grate it, and place it in a wide shallow dish.

Step 2

Mix sour cream, dill, and salt. Spread it over the beet to taste.

Step 3

Layer 2: Grated feta cheese. Can be replaced with a soft cheese of similar consistency.

Step 4

Layer 3: Half of the grated egg whites. Cover with sour cream.

Step 5

Layer 4: Crumble the pink salmon. Cover with sour cream.

Step 6

Layer 5: Remaining egg whites. Optionally cover with sour cream.

Step 7

Layer 6: Crumble the egg yolks.

Layer 7: Crumble the walnuts. Garnish with dill.
