Lavender Champagne
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Lavender flowers 1 tablespoon
- Lavender flowers to taste
- Dry Champagne 5 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine 100 ml of water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the dried lavender flowers. Allow to cool. Strain the syrup through a sieve and chill in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Pour approximately 180 ml of champagne into each glass and add 1.5 teaspoons of lavender syrup. Garnish with fresh lavender and serve.
