Description
A classic mix named after a California bar of the same name. At The Cocktail Bar, the formula of tequila, dry sherry, and pear liqueur changes only one component, specifically substituting regular tequila for tequila infused with smoked pear. This results in delicate smoky notes in the body of the cocktail. Recipe from a bar in St. Petersburg.
