Description

A very good burger sauce can be purchased at a supermarket like Fresh Market. It comes in a large tube and is simply called 'Burger Sauce.' You can also use ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, or any sauce you like instead.

Ingredients

  • Hamburger Bun 2 pieces
  • Lamb Neck Fillet 15 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
  • Pickles 1 piece
  • Spanish onions 1 piece
  • Green Butter 2 leaves
  • Canned Jalapeño Peppers 0 oz
  • Port Sauce 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make minced meat from the lamb fillet, add salt and pepper to the mixture, mix well, and form round flat patties. Fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Cut the hamburger buns in half and toast each side for two minutes.

Step 3

Place a slice of cheese on the bottom halves of the buns and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Step 4

On the cheese-covered buns, place lettuce leaves, drizzle with sauce, add the patties, then top with onion, cheese, tomato, pickles, and jalapeño peppers. Spread sauce on the top halves of the buns and cover the burgers.

Step 5

Secure the burgers with long cocktail or wooden sticks and serve immediately.
