Korean-Style Glass Noodles with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Carrot 1½ pieces
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vinegar essence 3 spoons
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the glass noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, adding salt. Then rinse them in cold water for about a minute.
Step 2
Cut the carrot, bell pepper, and cucumber into thin strips, and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat sunflower oil and briefly sauté the carrots with bell peppers until the vegetables are slightly softened. At the end of cooking, add garlic.
Step 4
Mix the glass noodles with the sautéed vegetables and cucumber. Add 3 teaspoons of vinegar and soy sauce to taste.
