Korean-Style Carrots Without Vinegar

Description
The salad prepared with this recipe, without vinegar, can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 1–2 days. Seasoning (one of the options): garlic, coriander, chili, basil, curry, black pepper.
Ingredients
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Turnips 7 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic to taste
- Korean-style Cabbage Seasoning to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots and julienne them Korean-style, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 30 minutes to release juice.
Step 2
Drain the juice so the carrots are not too wet.
Step 3
Add finely chopped garlic and oil to the carrots.
Step 4
Mix well and let it steep for 2–3 hours.
