- Kohlrabi 15 oz
- Granny Smith apples 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream ½ glasses
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Sugar ½ spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk the cream, then stir in the lemon juice, mustard, chopped parsley leaves (3 tablespoons), sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Remove the leaves from the kohlrabi and cut the stem into thin strips. Mix with the apple and dress with mustard sauce.
