  • Chinese green beans 5 oz
  • Veal Liver 5 oz
  • Arugula 0 oz
  • Spinach 0 oz
  • Dill 0.3 bunches
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 pieces
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt to taste
