Keto Salad 'Sushi'
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Avocado ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and immerse them in salted water in a pot. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water.
Step 3
Mash with a potato masher, adding butter.
Step 4
Cool down.
Step 5
Place at the bottom of a suitable dish, then add cream cheese (1 tablespoon) on top.
Step 6
Peel the cucumber, cut it into small cubes, and lightly salt.
Step 7
Add to the salad.
Step 8
Cut the fish into small cubes.
Step 9
Place the fish (1.5 tablespoons) on the cucumber and spread with cream cheese (about 2 tablespoons).
Step 10
Cut the avocado into small cubes.
Step 11
Add to the salad.

Finish the layers with fish.
