Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower 2 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cauliflower in salted water over high heat. After boiling, cook for 20 minutes and then cool.
Step 2
Dice the peeled fresh and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 3
Chop the cooled cauliflower and avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt, and mix.
Step 4
Add the cucumbers.
Step 5
Add the peas.
Step 6
Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Step 7
Add the chicken fillet and season with salt.
Step 8
Set to medium heat and cover with a lid. Simmer until cooked, turning occasionally.
Step 9
Add the coarsely chopped boiled eggs.
Step 10
Dress with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 11
Add the cooled shredded chicken.
Step 12
