Kale Salad with Cranberries
Ingredients
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Grated Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice 5 fl oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Leafy greens 4 pieces
- Dried Cranberries 5 oz
- Kale 5 stems
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Toss all the torn leaves (you can use turnip greens or beet greens), add the dressing, and mix well.
Step 3
Add half of the cranberries, season with salt and pepper, and mix again.
Step 4
Top the salad with the remaining cranberries and serve. Enjoy your meal!
