Julienne in a Bread Bowl

Ingredients

  • Chicken Drumstick 1 piece
  • Bun 4 pieces
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream 6 teaspoons
  • Cheese Spread to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into thin half-rings and sauté until softened (but do not overcook!).

Step 2

Boil the chicken leg.

Step 3

Add flour to the onions, stir, and remove from heat.

Step 4

Cut off the top of the bread roll and hollow out the inside.

Step 5

Place the onion, chicken, and spices to taste into the bread. Pour sour cream over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 6

Bake in the oven.
