  • Cilantro ½ cup
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Lime Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Pears 1 piece
  • Jicama 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the core from the pear and slice it thinly. Peel the jicama, cut it into 4 pieces, and slice it thinly.

Step 2

Zest the lime and carefully cut out the segments.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the lime juice and oil, season with salt and pepper. Add the pear, jicama, and cilantro. Toss and add the lime segments. Season again with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Serve immediately.
